Thank you for choosing to pre-order with us! Pre-orders help ensure you receive upcoming releases before they sell out. Please read our pre-order policy carefully before placing your order.
For the purposes of this policy, a “pre-order” refers to any order placed for a product prior to its official release date as specified by the publisher or distributor.
Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. By submitting a pre-order, the customer agrees to pay the full purchase price, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Major Arcana Games will make every reasonable effort to fulfil pre-orders promptly. However, product availability is subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier allocation, shipping delays, customs clearance, and publisher release adjustments. In the event of limited stock, pre-orders may be modified or cancelled. Priority will generally be given based on order date and time, though other criteria may apply at the sole discretion of Major Arcana Games.
All estimated release dates and delivery times are provided for reference only and may be subject to change. Major Arcana Games is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, distributors, shipping carriers, or other external factors. Customers will be notified of significant changes where possible.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and included in the total pre-order price.
Shipping Address: Customers must ensure that shipping addresses are accurate and current prior to placing a pre-order. Changes after order submission may not be possible.
Mixed Orders: Orders containing both pre-order items and in-stock products will be held until all pre-order items are in stock or have reached their official release date, unless separate orders are placed.
Pre-order items will be shipped or made available for in-store pickup once stock arrives at our warehouse, unless a publisher-mandated release date requires withholding the product until that time.
Cancellation Requests: Customers may request the cancellation of pre-orders up to seven (7) days prior to the official release date. Requests within seven (7) days of release may be declined at the sole discretion of Major Arcana Games.
Cancellation Fees: Cancellations for reasons other than stock unavailability or error on the part of Major Arcana Games will incur a non-refundable fee of ten percent (10%) of the total order value, intended to offset administrative and operational costs. This fee will be deducted from any refund issued.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain pre-order items may be designated as non-refundable and will be clearly marked as such on the product page. These items are not eligible for cancellation or refund, except where required by law.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable cancellation fees, in accordance with our refund policy.
Exceptions: Cancellations due to errors, duplicate orders, or stock unavailability will be processed without applying the cancellation fee at the discretion of Major Arcana Games.
Major Arcana Games will provide updates via email or website notifications regarding pre-order status, delays, or other relevant changes. Customers are responsible for ensuring they can receive these communications.
By placing a pre-order with Major Arcana Games, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms outlined in this Pre-Order Policy.
